- SH7203
- The SH7203 is a high-performance microcontroller, incorporating an SH2A-FPU core. This LSI operates at a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz. It incorporates FPU supporting single-precision and double-precision, and which enables high signal processing performance. This LSI incorporates a USB standard v2.0 High Speed (480 Mbps) specification Host and Function interface. In addition, this LSI includes periheral functions such as an A/D converter and a timer suitable for industrial applications.
- SH7205
- The SH7205 is a multi-core microcontroller incorporating two SH-2A FPU CPU cores for consumer and industrial applications. The SH7205 operates at maximum frequency of 200MHz. The SH7205 incorporates a USB v2.0 High Speed (480 Mbps) specification interface, an ATAPI interface, a NAND flash memory interface, a 2D engine with video input capability, and analog RGB output for video output.
- SH7262, SH7264
- The SH7262, SH7264 Group are high-performance microcontrollers, incorporating SH2A-FPU cores. They have a built-in 1-Mbyte or 640-Kbyte large capacity SRAM. They operate at maximum of 144MHz.
- SH7263
- The SH7263 is a high-performance microcontroller, incorporating an SH2A-FPU core. This LSI operates at a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz. In addition, this LSI incorporates a USB 2.0 host/function module, a LCD controller and a NAND flash controller. The SH7263 is ideal for use in digital audio systems with higher performance and enhanced function.
- SH7265
- The SH7265 is a general-purpose microcontroller incorporating two SH-2A FPU CPU cores for car audio, car navigation models and multimedia devices. The SH7265 operates at maximum frequency of 200MHz. The SH7265 incorporates a USB v2.0 High Speed (480 Mbps) specification interface, an ATAPI interface, a NAND flash memory interface, a 2D engine with video input capability, and analog RGB output for video output.
- SH7266, SH7267
- The SH7266, SH7267 Group are high-performance microcontrollers with a built-in 1.5-Mbyte large capacity SRAM and incorporating SH2A-FPU cores.They operate at maximum of 144MHz.
- SH7214, SH7216
- The SH7214, SH7216 Group include large-capacity high-speed flash memory and RAM and operate at maximum of 200MHz. The SH7216 Group is incorporating an SH2A-FPU core (with floating-point unit (FPU)) and the SH7214 Group is incorporating an SH-2A core (without FPU).
- SH726A, SH726B
- The SH726A, SH726B Group are high-performance microcontrollers incorporating 216MHz SH2A-FPU cores. They have a built-in 1.25-Mbyte large capacity SRAM.The SH726A and SH726B MCUs are equipped with a new bus controller that enables connection of quad-SPI flash ROM (serial type), which uses fewer connection pins, as external flash memory supporting direct data access.
- SH7280 Series
- The SH7280 Series incorporates an SH-2A CPU core which is fully upwardly-compatible with the SH-1 and SH-2. The SH-2A CPU core employs a superscalar architecture enabling simultaneous execution of two instructions, a significant increase in performance compared with the SH-1 and SH-2. The SH7280 series also incorporates 768KB of large capacity Flash memory, a 1 channel USB2.0 Full Speed, a 5 channel serial interface, a powerful 16-bit timer suitable for inverter control and a high-precision 12-bit A/D converter.
- SH7285, SH7286
- SH7285, SH7286 are high-end single chip microcontrollers incorporating an SH-2A core which realized up to 100MHz operation. SH7285, SH7286 group incorporate various peripheral functions suitable for industrial application AC servos, general-purpose inverters and robots, such as a 1 channel USB2.0 Full Speed, 5 channel serial interfaces, a multifunction timer unit, a 12-bit A/D converter, etc. The Sh7286 incorporates also the control area network (CAN).
- SH7670
- The SH7670 incorporates SH2A-FPU core. The SH7670 incorporates an Ethernet controller and 1 channel of USB2.0 host and function module. Products with an on-chip encryption circuit and a SD card interface are also provided, and network, external storage, expansion I/Os and other interfaces are controlled by a single chip.
- SH7705
- The SH7705 microprocessor incorporates the 32-bit SH-3 CPU and has large size Cache (32KB) and built-in USB Function. It also actualizes low power consumption 200mW(typ) (@ 133MHz).
- SH7720
- The SH7720 microprocessor incorporates a 32-bit SH3-DSP CPU and is also equipped with peripheral functions, such as USB Host/Function, LCD controller, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) hardware accelerator, necessary for configuring a user's system and realizes low power consumption.
- SH7721
- SH7721 is a deletion of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) hardware accelerator function from SH7720. The SH7721 specifications except SSL are same as SH7720
- SH7722
- The SH7722 (SH-MobileR) incorporates SH4AL-DSP CPU core operating at maximum frequency of 333.4MHz, cache memory, VPU4 (Video Processing Unit 4), 2D graphics accelerator, LCD controller, 5-megapixel-class camera interface, JPEG hardware accelerator, TS interface, sound input/output and USB 2.0 high-speed function etc.
- SH7723
- The SH7723 (SH-MobileR2) is a system LSI that incorporates SH-4A CPU core operating at maximum frequency of 400MHz, FPU (Floating-point Processing Unit), cache memory (primary and secondary), DDR-SDRAM controller, VPU5 (VideoProcessing Unit 5), 2D graphics accelerator, video I/O, LCD controller, ATAPI interface, TS interface and sound input/output etc.
- SH7724
- The SH7724 (SH-MobileR2R) is a system LSI that incorporates SH-4A CPU core operating at maximum frequency of 500MHz, FPU (Floating-point Processing Unit), cache memory (primary and secondary), DDR2/MobileDDR-SDRAM controller, VPU5 (Video Processing Unit 5), 2D graphics accelerator, video I/O, LCD controller, ATAPI interface, TS interface and sound input/output,10M/100Mbps Ethernet etc.
- SH7727
- The SH7727 microprocessor incorporates the 32-bit SH3-DSP CPU and is also equipped with peripheral functions, such as USB Host/Function, LCD controller, necessary for configuring a user system.
- SH7760
- The SH7760 RISC(Reduced Instruction Set Computer) microcomputer includes the 32-bit SH-4 CPU as its core, and the peripheral functions required to configure a system. The SH7760 has a 32-bit bus-interface, a 16-kbyte instruction cache, a 32-kbyte data cache, an LCD controller, a USB host and other peripheral functions.
- SH7763
- The SH7763 incorporates a 32-bit SH-4A CPU core and operates at a maximum operating frequency of 266 MHz. In addition, this LSI includes peripheral functions such as a gigabit Ethernet controller, PCI bus controller and a security accelerator, moving image stream interface.
- SH7764
- SH7764 incorporates SH-4A and operates at maximum of 324MHz. SH7764 also incorporates peripheral functions including 2D graphics, display function (LCDC/digital RGB), ATAPI, NAND, Flash memory controller, USB, EtherMAC, SSI and etc.
- SH7786
- The architecture of the SH-4A CPU core of the SH7786 supports multi-core configuration. In addition, the SH7786 has a display controller, DMA controller and other built-in peripheral functions.
