Heat Meter (HM)

Overview

A heat meter is essential for managing the heat level and billing data of a heating system.

In addition to basic functions for sensing water temperature, flow, and measuring heat units, a variety of other functions are also in demand for heat meters. The high-demand functions include display of spot temperature, flow rate, and wired or wireless connection with a central control unit.

Renesas' range of low power 8/16-bit microcontrollers offers the optimized functions including A/D converter for measuring water temperature, serial communication interfaces, and LCD controller for displaying data.
